Bernardo's Foods feature a wide variety of products crafted and canned in East Troy, Wisconsin using locally sourced food products. Our Pico style salsas are extra chunky and are heavy on vegatables while light on tomato sauce. Our mango salsa is a best seller! The stand also features a variety of seasonal jams and jellies, several of both sweet and spicy chutneys, fresh pickles including classic garlic dill, bread and butter, and sweet pickle relish. BBQ enthusiast will enjoy our our line of rubs and our very own State Fair Blue Ribbon Award winning barbecue sauce.
